The house has an unusual upside down layout, which provides spectacular views from the upstairs living room and kitchen, as well as maximising light and warmth, and keeping the bedrooms cool in the summer.
Large and bright open plan kitchen and dining room. The kitchen has a new oven and hob fitted in 2018, a dishwasher, a large free standing fridge / freezer, microwave and toaster. The dining table comfortably seats ten but can squeeze up to 12. The kitchen also has a digital radio with bluetooth connectivity and is well equipped with pans, dishes and cooking utensils.
The kitchen leads out to a back garden, where you can find a swinging chair, some fresh herbs, and a heather garden.
The large living room is perfect for playing games and warming up by the fire. The comfortable three piece suite seats up to 8, and can be supplemented with a rocking chair, beanbag and pouffe to provide cosy seating for up to 12. There is a Smart TV & DVD player, as well as a wide selection of DVDs, books and games.
Double doors from the living room lead out onto the roof terrace, where you can enjoy a misty dawn breakfast and watching the sun come down in the evening, especially when curled up in the hanging egg chair. Large table seats 10.
There is an additional TV room upstairs with a day bed which can sleep two, and a bathroom with a shower, WC and sink.
The Master Bedroom has a kingsize bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower. There are two additional double bedrooms, and one nautical themed bunk room, with two single beds and one set of bunk beds, which are suitable for adults and children.
All bedrooms are equipped with hanging space, shelves, mirrors, bedside tables and reading lights. There are sockets next to every bed. Towels and linens are provided. All bedding is hypo-allergenic and blankets are provided in every room. There is a third bathroom downstairs with a shower, WC and sink.
